Mr. Fisher founded Cabezon Group, Inc. in 2004. He has extensive experience in directing and managing large contracts for federal and state government clients. Mr. Fisher is responsible for business planning and strategic initiatives, while growing Cabezon Group’s service offerings and ensuring client satisfaction.
Mr. Fisher employs a results-oriented approach to management, with a focus on building teams and commitment through positive leadership. Mr. Fisher’s emphasis on collaboration has resulted in the continued retention of clients and internal staff.

John F. Rousseau
President/COO
Mr. Rousseau brings more than 25 years of executive management and sales
experience in traditional and emerging media with a long track record of
creating diverse revenue streams across print, online, video, wireless and
face-to-face platforms. As a group executive managing multiple brands and
division P&L’s, he has successfully conceived and implemented organic growth
strategies at IDG Communications, PRIMEDIA and Hands-On Mobile.
Mr. Rousseau joined
Cabezon Group from his own Social Media/Digital 2.0 Advisory firm JR
Intelligence, LLC. JR intelligence helped companies “listen, learn and
engage” in social media and offered clients a clear understanding of the
social media marketplace including the influence of millions of blogs,
social networks, message boards/forums as well as traditional media.

Michael Duignan
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Duignan has been with Cabezon Group since its inception, working closely with John Fisher to establish and grow the operational infrastructure. Mr. Duignan has more than 10 years’ experience working in the government sector, providing solutions to clients, including FEMA, DHS, and agencies of DHHS, including SAMHSA, HRSA, CDC, and NIH.
Mr. Duignan works in concert with project managers throughout the company on a diverse set of company projects, ensuring client objectives are being met.

Jana Downing
Creative Director
Ms. Downing joined Cabezon Group in 2005 and oversees the creative design division of the company. She has expertise in brand development, design, illustration, and image manipulation as well as production services. Ms Downing brings more than 10 years of experience in Graphic Design, with strengths in creative licensing, advertising, direct mail, and exhibition design.
Ms. Downing's produces high impact creative campaigns and products that combine a fine arts background with refined typographic and layout skills.

Steve Andrews
Director of Special Projects
Mr. Andrews has been with Cabezon Group since its inception. He is responsible for orchestrating complex projects taken on by the company. Mr. Andrews brings more than 15 years of experience creating and implementing technology-based business solutions within the government and private sectors.
He is a United States Air Force veteran.
