Cabezon Group staff and expert consultants have considerable experience in all aspects of the Federal grant making process. Our company has assisted Federal clients in the substantive and administrative processing of literally thousands grant applications. We have helped our clients from "cradle to grave" assisting in:
- Convening professional associations to aid in the development of program expectations;
- The development and promulgation of Federal register notices;
- Receipt, recordation and initial screening of applications;
- Help desk and FAQ services;
- All logistical support services associated with technical and expert peer review - face-to-face and teleconferencing;
- Financial negotiations, linking grantee financial reports to federal tracking systems, monitoring and tracking of awards;
- Receipt and processing of reports from active grantees;
- Close out procedures in compliance with specific Agency and all other applicable Federal requirements;
- The direct implementation of web-based grants management systems;
- Programmatic and expert evaluation of grantee performance outcomes;
