We are currently conducting a search for a seasoned Proposal Manager/Writer. 

The Proposal Manager will plan, manage, write, coordinate, prepare and submit company proposals on an as needed basis. Experience creating and writing proposals in response to Federal government solicitations is required.

This position requires a thorough understanding of the proposal process including:

• Development of technical approach and management plan.
• Resume preparation and past performance citations.
• Collaborating with a creative team to create layout style, template and graphics.
• Working with Subject Matter Experts to collect information for proposals.
• Creating proposal outlines, compliance matrices and WBSs based on RFP requirements.
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy with the RFP.
• Performing quality checks.
• Ensuring and managing business development library, proper recordkeeping, data security and file management for assignments.
• Coordinating with subcontractors for technical data calls and pricing development.

Requirements:

• At least 4+ years experience in proposal development environment.
• Demonstrated experience with marketing the Federal Government.
• BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Proven track record of successful proposal management.
• High level of expertise with Microsoft Office products - Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Enthusiasm and a strong sense of urgency and teamwork.
• Motivation, creativity, flexibility, accountability.
• Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, and related procurement regulations.
• A track record of winning business opportunities within Federal agencies such FEMA, DHS, DHHS, NIH, Department of Commerce or DOD is a plus.
