This contract can be used to provide services to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services client agencies of the Program Support Center. The services provided under this contract can include policy assessments/analysis, program assessments, evaluation design studies and data collection, performance measures, technical assistance/expertise, data analysis and auxiliary/support services that may be necessary to complete a particular project. Task orders can be issued for one of the activities or any combination of the activities.
Task orders issued under this contract cannot exceed $5 million or extend longer than 4 years. These task orders can be cost reimbursement, time and materials or firm fixed price.
